/ Challenge
UXEXU took Signed Asia from origain idea to market. UXEXU turned an initial idea into Signed Asia:
A brand and contract platform for real estate agents and agencies.
We defined the proposition and strategy, created the identity, designed the experience and developed the product—giving the customer a complete foundation for bringing a new service to market.
/ Provided Services
Strategy
Defined the audience, product proposition and market positioning, focusing Signed on the practical needs of agencies preparing and managing property agreements.
Brand Creation
Created the Signed brand, including its visual identity and messaging, giving the business a consistent presence across its product and marketing.
Product Design
Designed the dashboard, contract workspace and participant interactions around the tasks agents, landlords and tenants need to complete.
Product Development
Developed the web application, bringing contract preparation, reusable wording, private document storage and controlled sharing into one product.
/ Solution
Property agreements can become difficult to manage when wording, comments and approvals are spread across documents, inboxes and messages. UXEXU developed Signed Asia around one shared agreement, with reusable terms, controlled access and a clear record of decisions. The product strategy put governance at the centre: participants should understand what changed, who agreed and which version was signed, making disagreements easier to trace and resolve.
/ Tech stack
Web Development
Developed the web application around contract preparation, document management and participant access. The interface brings the agreement and its surrounding tasks into one workspace, with clear actions for agents, landlords and tenants.
Contract Architecture
Structured the product around reusable templates, standard terms and document versions. Immutability, non-repudiation and governance shaped the requirements for preserving agreed wording, attributing decisions and maintaining the agreement’s history.
Program Management
Coordinated strategy, branding, product design and development as one engagement. Product requirements guided the work across each discipline, carrying the customer’s initial idea through to a coherent brand and application.
/ Client's Feedback
UXEXU understood our concept and turned that into strategy. They brought that focus to every stage of the engagement, turning a complex process into a product we could explain simply and stand behind.
